Wow, it’s so nice to get right back to blogging! Between a lack of WiFi and a challenging computer situation man oh my I’ve been missing it.

For those of you who don’t know (and I totally don’t blame you if you didn’t) I have the privilege serving as the 2015 Senior New Mexico Beef Ambassador. I competed in April by delivering a speech and performing in the areas of a mock issues response, consumer outreach and media interview. I’m incredibly excited to compete at the national beef ambassador contest in Denver, Colorado this late September. To be eligible there are certain prerequisites I must meet and one of them is in the area of education and outreach. Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing content that’s “All About That Beef” over Facebook and I’d love for you to be a part of it.
Though I already have some ideas in mind for what I’d like to cover and want to sharemy prime purpose is to be able to give you content that is important and relevant to you! What questions do you have that I can answer? What are you unsure about when it comes to beef?
